Daily Photo – Indian Ocean

Some photos are a real struggle. You’re soaked to the bona and your camera is just as soaked and sun is dipping quicker than you can get the shot because the incoming tide and waves mean you have to keep resetting your shot. Nothing about this shot was easy or even fun but that’s just the way it is sometimes. I knew I had some potentially good shots in the can when I finished but I wasn’t overly excited about the prospects. Until I started downloading the photos. It was a nice surprise to see this shot eventuate from the soaking and potentially ruining my camera or lens. All worked out well in the end.
